LESLIE GEORGE

Leslie George has worked as a trainer/facilitator, consultant and advisor for over Fifteen (15) years, in pertinent areas of Human Resources and Business Management.

 

He is a skilled and driven professional, who has a strong hold on applications of the working knowledge of HR practices. He adapts theories to functional tools in business enhancement situations. Leslie specializes in setting up the mechanisms and the processes to make HR and Business Management functional business tools; in other words, how to make HR and Business Management formidable business success partners.

 

 Having worked in the field of skills delivery, he understands the best ways to utilize tools for excellent results. For over thirteen years, he has driven the business of companies and individuals by helping them learn how to adapt their workforce to the changing demands of the ever-changing corporate environment.

 

In addition to having worked as a Human Resource consultant, he has worked as Head, Manpower Development and Group Head, Human Resource and facilitated training for various organizations including: Union Registrars, First Bank (First Academy, First Bank Training Center Enugu, Kano, Jos), Standard Alliance Capital, Nigerian School Conference, Media International Limited, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Access Bank, The Office of Transition Initiative (OTI), Access Bank, Federal Government of Nigeria: Niger Delta Amnesty Program, Nigeria Ports Authority, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Etisalat, Credit Direct Limited (Subsidiary of FCMB) and the Lagos State Government.
