Ibukun Igbinosa

Ibukun has over work experience in management consulting and as a hands-on HR generalist. She has worked extensively with mSMEs, corporate organizations, and government agencies to develop and implement action strategies targeted at improving the way they achieve their desired business objectives. These action strategies which are usually organisation development interventions, are often times directed towards reviewing and redesigning the organisation’s business strategy, structures, internal processes and human resources.

 

Ibukun has led and also been a team member on projects that involved designing and implementing cutting edge business solutions for clients, thereby, developing competence in areas such as:  Business Strategy Development, Human Resource Manangement, Organisational Re-engineering/Re-design, Organisational Development, Market Research and Analysis, Project Management as well as Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

Ibukun holds a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos, Bachelor of Science degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and is currently undergoing a certification course in Business Process Re-engineering from the Mountain Home Training & Consulting Institute in USA. In addition she has several trainings in human resources and business management under her belt.
